What is the difference between play and leisure time?

Hello people, I've been noticing that I spend too much time working or doing any other kind of effort and I'm not well balanced. I'm reading in this psychology book that a good balance of time consists in investing time in "Work, play and leisure" and I'm having a difficulty identifying the difference between Play and Leisure. 1. leisure i guess is more like a break from work and play is just that, play you can use it as break from work, or just playing without a break I am guessing here :P
2. play time is fun without pants... leisure is play time with pants
3. Play is when you are actually out doing something fun...hiking, camping, biking, etc..anything you enjoy really. Leisure is relaxing activities like reading a book, watching a movie, napping, etc... Hope this helps.
4. PLay is play. leisure is fun and something to entertain you
5. play time is when you take off your dress shoes and put on sneakers like mr rogers leisure time is when you sport a smoking jacket and pipe and hang out with playmates
